CPI (Maoist) sympathiser arrested in Bihar

Lakhisarai, Oct 19 (UNI) Police arrested a sympathiser of outlawed CPI (Maoist) from Kajra police station area in the district in the wee hours today.

Additional police superintendent (Operation) Pawan Kumar Upadhyaya said that the sympathiser of outlawed CPI (Maoist) Dhanraj Koda was arrested from his house at his native Kanimorh village on the basis of specific intelligence input. He said that Dhanraj had come to his village to attend Dusshera puja celebration.

Mr Upadhyaya said that Dhanraj was engaged in supplying food grains and other commodities to the Maoists at their various hideouts. The nabbed CPI (Maoist) sympathiser is being interrogated to find out details of Maoists’ hideouts and nab extremists, he added.
