Criminals loot Rs 4 lakh from employees of banks’ customer service centre

Bagha, Nov 20 (UNI) Unidentified criminals looted Rs 4 lakh from employees of customer service centres of two different banks near Baba bridge under Chautarwa police station area in West Champaran district today. 


Police said that six outlaws looted the cash from an employee of State Bank of India (SBI)’s customer service centre Preetam Singh and also from an employee of Yes Bank`s customer service centre Neelambar Singh on gun point. 


Sources said that they were on way to their office at Hardinawda village on a motorcycle when they were robbed of cash and two laptops.


Police said that an FIR had been registered at the police station concerned in this connection.
