Delhi recorded season’s coldest day on Thursday with minimum temperature settling at 4 degrees C, four points below season’s average. The Met official has forecast clear skies during the day, while maximum temperature is likely to hover around 22 degrees C.
Relative humidity was 94 per cent at 0830 hrs and the city woke up to a hazy morning. Air quality in the city was ‘very poor’, with index value at 329 at 1000 hours , according to the Central Pollution Control Board. On Wednesday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 22.3 degrees Celsius.
